Filter activities by user in your agile board

Check what the rest of you team is working on. Detect which activities are being delayed and who needs the most help.

Being able to check on the status of your teammates work, is essential for any Project or Business Manager. It allows you to get a general overview of how the project is going, and most important, which team members are going to need more resources in order to finish their work on time.

How can I use this filter?

From your agile board, unfold the left menu by clicking on the small icon (Three horizontal lines) on the top left corner on your screen. By doing so you will reveal the filter menu where you can personalize whatever you want to be displayed in your agile board.

  • By default, the option "All activities" will be selected. Click on it and you will see a drop-down menu with options to see all, only yours, or your team members activities
  • Select the team member whose work you want to be shown, to check on the status of his/hers activities.

When doing so, the agile panel will hide some activities and display only those to which the selected team member has been assigned to.

To make sure that you don't forget that one of the filters is activated, a blue message is displayed on the top right corner of your screen. Displaying the name and profile picture of the filtered team member.

You can also open up the Social Wall by clicking on the icon (radio signal icon) on top right corner of your screen. By doing so, you will be able to see all modifications, validations, documents and relevant information related to your project.
